What is Sparkling Tea?
A premium non‑alcoholic beverage that elevates traditional tea through carbonation and artisanal blending
Sparkling Tea
Elevating an Everyday Beverage
Sparkling tea is a premium non‑alcoholic beverage that elevates traditional tea through carbonation and artisanal blending. Unlike mass‑market iced teas or tea‑flavoured soft drinks, sparkling tea is a sophisticated alternative to wine, champagne and cocktails. Sparkling tea can be made from a fruit base or a non-alcoholic wine base, which changes the flavour profile and tasting experience. Purité has elected to develop products using both bases to ensure our collection appeals to different preferences.
A Pure Process
How It’s Made
The production of Purité Sparkling Tea begins with the careful hand-brewing of a premium organic tea blend using a hot brew technique to extract complex flavours and aromas. This process requires precise control of timing and temperature. Even a minute or a degree too much can significantly affect the taste. The leaves are then strained and cooled to preserve their delicate character.
How it’s Served
Flutes and Coupes
Serving & pairing quick tips: Serve in a flute or coupe at 5–7°C; pair orchard style with brunch and teatime treats; pair vineyard style with shellfish, sushi and fine cheeses.
