Just like a fine wine, each Purité sparkling tea has unique notes on the nose and the palate that are derived from the careful cultivation of the world’s finest teas selected and balanced by premium fruit, herbs and organics.
Our signature Vineyard‑style Brut pairs a handcrafted multi‑varietal organic tea blend with a premium dealcoholised white wine base produced by a renowned sparkling winemaker in southern Germany. The base blends Müller‑Thurgau, Kerner and Silvaner from the 2025 vintage to give an aromatic, dry and complex character. The tea backbone — a layered blend of black, green and white teas — adds floral and herbaceous nuance.
Pale gold with persistent fine bubbles. Nose of jasmine and lemon verbena; subtle orchard fruit and green florals; palate is dry with precise tannin structure and a long, clean finish.With only 11 calories and 2.5g of sugar per 100ml, this brut is amongst the lowest sugar concentrations of sparkling teas on the market, allowing for a refined and pure drinking beverage.

HOW BRUT Vineyard STYLE IS MADE
Our process for creating sparkling tea shares a common philosophy of selecting the highest quality organic teas and ingredients and taking it through a process that eliminates preservatives and allows for one of the purest products on the market.

Tea Extraction
Premium whole‑leaf teas — a blend of black, green and white — are carefully brewed to extract complex flavors and aromatics. The leaves are then strained, and the tea is cooled to preserve its delicate character.

BASE ADDITION: blending with Dealcoholised Wine Base
After cross‑flow filtration, the tea is combined with a premium dealcoholised white wine base — a thoughtfully crafted blend of Müller‑Thurgau, Kerner and Silvaner from the 2025 vintage — to impart a dry, wine‑like character.

Refining, Carbonation & Pasteurization
Tannin fining ensures clarity and foam stability, followed by a second cross‑flow filtration. A touch of added sugar refines the taste, then CO₂ is added to create fine, persistent bubbles. The sparkling tea is bottled in 750ml French ARBANE bottles, sealed with cork and wire hood, and pasteurized to guarantee product safety.

Each bottle is finished with an Italian capsule and labelled, ready to ship and enjoy chilled with a long, precise finish.
